It's another busy week in Washington, DC with several interesting tech meetups, exhibits, and discussions taking place around the city. Here's a quick run down of the ones we're most excited about.

New Community's ArtSpace Open Studio: Test out your creativity and artistic prowess by stopping by New Community's ArtSpace after work today. Five bucks or food to share gets you into the darkroom to develop photos or a seat at the pottery wheel.

NetSquared: Want to go beyond just posting old videos to your website? Come out to NetSquared and get advice from a few experienced vloggers and video strategists.

Sean Effel from Drupal Therapy just put up a wonderful screencast on how to pull blip.tv videos from RSS feeds into Drupal. In the screencast, Sean shows step by step how to set up your Drupal  site with the FeedAPI, Feed Element Mapper, and Embedded Media Field modules to aggregate video feeds from blip.tv.

If you're interested in pulling video into your website or online app, you'll definitely want to check this out.

Yesterday NBC Nightly News started posting its broadcast online -- in it's entirety.
This is the first nightly news show, or any tv show as far as I know, to put an entire show online and commit to do it every night. And what's even cooler is they did it for the right reasons. As anchor Brian Williams wrote on his blog (another good move!):

"While I'm just old enough to believe there's a certain magic that comes with that moment when our studio digital clocks hit exactly 6:30:00 eastern time each night (when the three network evening newscasts come on the air), not everyone is able to give us their attention at that exact time.
