We don't just envision outreach solutions. We also sit down and design and build them. Our edge is that we work closely with our clients to measure our impact, making our strategy very street smart. We like getting our hands dirty and learning from every project. We work progressive organizations that have world changing agendas, realize the potential of online tools, and want to put themselves out there and try new things. The trusting relationship we have with our clients allows us to work on cutting edge functionality. It is a great combination of motivations - really interesting work that’s for organizations that you admire. Our main niche is international development (we actually started as an organization out in the hills of Peru working on development projects that needed multilingual sites). While we are software agnostic, we have been working with Drupal for over three years and see it as an awesome development environment and a platform that can handle almost anything. We chose it back in the day because of its active community and awesome functionality, and both have only gotten better. We are able to do work on some pretty cool project because we are small and agile. One example of this is the recently launched website we did Oke USA, a fair trade banana group (http://www.okeusa.org), which is tightly integrated to Flickr. A giant case of bananas will be delivered to the office next week. Interested? Send us something that shows us you are right for the job and would be cool to work with... links to websites that you have done, and maybe your blog or flickr account or what you are reading on del.icio.us, anything that you think will show that you are right for the job. Applications are received at jobs@developmentseed.org.

Drupal position filled yet?
Hi,
I enjoy your site and bookmark it in one of my Drupal blog folders. SEO Position, our own company, is also powered by Drupal and build sites almost 100% using Drupal. We've spent some time over the past few months looking for a PHP candidate similar to what you were/are looking for and have had no luck finding someone that's got what it takes.
We're located in Raleigh, NC, so you'd think there would be Drupal developers around somewhere close by, but that's not the case.
Our requirements were much less than yours as well, so that's the reason why I ask if you've filled the position yet.
Best of luck!

Wow, these are very high requirements. Good and flexible PHP and MYSQL Proggers are really rare. I wish you the best to find more young and ambitious persons.
