DC Drupal Meetup Tonight: Installer Profiles, Context UI, and Networking
Join Us for the June Drupal Meetup
Join Us for the June Drupal Meetup
The June DC Drupal meetup is happening tonight at 7:15 pm at Stetsons. If you're a Drupal developer, user, or newbie, come out to share what you've been working on and to listen to what other people are doing with Drupal. Last month we had 40+ people come out. We're hoping to draw just as big and enthusiastic of a crowd tonight.
As usual, we'll kick off the meetup with a round of 5-minute lightening round talks. This is a chance to share an interesting project or new module development that you've been working on. Specific examples of how Drupal worked well for a specific client need are strongly encouraged. We like to keep these short and sweet so speakers will be timed and cut off at 5 minutes, but there will be plenty of time afterwards to catch up with interested people and talk in more detail after the presentations.
So far, a few people have volunteered to present. If you'd like, please post your topic over here or speak up at the meetup tonight.
- Young will talk about what he did on the recently relaunched World Resources Institute website with the context module.
- Alex will talk about his work with installer profiles.
Tonight's meetup will be atStetson's1610 U Street, NWFour blocks from U Street metro stopShort walk from Dupont Circle
We'll be at the upstairs bar - as soon as you walk in the door, walk up the stairs and you'll see us. Internet will be available, and you can order cold beer and dinner from the bar.
Hope to see you tonight!
