The NYT published an article today stating that TV news stations, especially local ones, are commonly including federal goverment produced video clips in their broadcasts. These segments look and are presented as objective reporting, and TV stations aren't accrediting them to the public relations firms who created them.

Even scarier is that a December Gallup poll found that 51% of Americans get their news from local TV every day.
